When will I receive my order?
Our standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.
Additionally, on national holidays it is highly likely our shipping partners will not be making deliveries. Therefore, we ask that you expect a small delay in receiving your order and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Who will ship my order?
We are now using International Express Service for all international deliveries.
All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price.
Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any returned items and any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
I need help.
If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or not delivered, first of all, we’re sorry you haven’t received your order. Don’t worry, contact us within 7 days of the original shipping date and we’ll look into this for you. If we're made aware outside of this time, it’s unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by us.
